Session 4 – Wednesday 22nd July from 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Participants in the Introductory Workshop Series will learn the basics of the IFS approach from the ground up. Suitable to professionals (therapists, psychologists, counsellors, certified coaches, expressive and therapeutic arts practitioners, and social workers) as well as those seriously interested in their self-development. The Enriching workshops, Small Groups, IFS Online Circle, and Level 1 Training will be a natural next step to those who have completed the Introductory workshop. The focus in these is going deeper into the IFS skills and techniques, and enhancing personal capacity.
This Introductory workshop (standalone Webinar plus three 90-minute meetings) provides an opportunity for didactic presentation, watching demonstrations, experiential learning by doing, and develops a comfortable facility with the powerful attitudes and techniques that make IFS so effective. The sessions here provide an opportunity for group learning in a supportive atmosphere. A number of experienced assistants will coach and support triads in online learning sessions each meeting session.
